Unlike Human hospitals and some animal welfare organizations, our facilities are provided entirely by private enterprise, and represent a substantial investment in the protection of the community's health and welfare.
Our policy is that payment be made at the time services are rendered; our fees do not reflect the additional cost of credit. No credit will be extended for routine Health Maintenance Care (vaccines, worm checks, etc.) or for Elective Surgery (routine neutering, or pre-planned procedures). An advance payment may be requested upon admission of non-elective medical and surgical cases.
Please feel free to ask us any questions about our charges or policies before treatment is initiated. You have a right to understand our fees and services. We want you to feel comfortable and to know you have been treated fairly. Please help us to avoid any misunderstandings. Estimates will be freely given on request.
